Open Streets Minneapolis is a free event series that opens city streets to folks biking, walking, and rolling. These events are hosted by Our Streets Minneapolis, a local nonprofit organization, in partnership with the City of Minneapolis.

At each Open Streets Minneapolis event, local businesses, artists, community groups, and institutions come out into the street to play.

Open Streets Minneapolis gets folks out of their cars so neighbors can explore their communities in a whole new way.

Open Streets Minneapolis invites people to be curious about their city as they discover local businesses, use active transportation, view live performances, create art, and make connections with those around them.

Minnehaha Falls is one of Minneapolis’ oldest and most popular parks featuring a majestic 53-foot waterfall, limestone bluffs, river overlooks, Sea Salt Eatery, many walking and hiking trails, and more!

And now, for the first time ever, Minnehaha Falls will be the site of Minnesota’s newest Art Fair! Celebrate dozens of local artists at the 1st annual Minnahaha Falls Art Fair. Peruse a wide variety of mediums including paintings, ceramics, textiles, screen-printing, woodworking, photography, and more.

There will be items UNDER $30 at every artist booth!

The Rivertown Fall Art Festival has been part of the beautiful and historic Stillwater riverfront for over 30 years. This event will feature high-end artwork ranging from custom made jewelry, hand-thrown pottery & hand-blown glass, to gorgeous paintings, photographs, lovely fiber work, wood and more. This event is a juried event.

Our festival has been a popular and well attended event attracting more than 10,000 people from across the Midwest. Relax on the grass and listen to live music, shop, enjoy some adult beverages and wonderful food. We are pleased to share our riverfront with you in Lowell Park, the heart of Stillwater, Minnesota. The Mount Olivet Church Women invite you to their annual Holiday Boutique on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019 from 9am-2pm at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, Minneapolis Campus. In addition to specialties from our circles there will be over 60 unique vendors, plus the popular Dala House will return and we will have a new Food Emporium grouping food vendors and circles with lots of samples available in the Lounge! Back by popular demand! Rice Pudding will be for sale again this year! Look for Joy circle selling the pudding in the Food Emporium. We will feature our Bistro-style menu with breakfast being served from 9-10:30am and lunch from 11-1pm. 

Please note that 15% of vendor proceeds and almost 100% of Circle proceeds from this event are generously given to Mount Olivet to support its ministries and programs.

Duluth Oktoberfestival to be held at Bayfront Festival Park will become Duluth’s largest event of its type and is positioned to be a new signature event for Duluth with a heavy emphasis on all things German.

“We are always looking for ways to bring new and different events to our community,” said Kern and Kompany President, Ryan Kern. “Duluth is known as a destination for some of the best events in the state and this will be no exception. We have been working on this event for a few years and once launched we are planning to grow the event in 3 phases. Duluth Oktoberfestival will feature activities for all ages that will be enjoyed by both locals and tourists alike. We are thrilled to be able to share what we have been working on with the public!”

Edina Fall into the Arts

Edina Fall into the Arts Festival is a benefit for the Edina Crime Prevention Fund, which keeps the residents of Edina safe. Centennial Lakes Park is a prime location for an art fair and said to be one of the most beautiful locations in the country. We are eager to have you join us and will do everything to make the 16th Annual Edina Fall into the Arts Festival a huge success!

More than 225 artists & exhibitors, food vendors and sponsors will be showing and selling their work. The festival has an assortment of exciting new artists, as well as returning favorites representing diverse media such as photography, jewelry, pottery, sculpture, wearable arts, glass, fiber arts, wood, and painting. One of the most beautiful settings in the country. Something for everyone!

Once again, we are extending the show on the lower level to the north and south of the Hughes Pavilion along the lake, and to the south to the upper terrace parking deck at the Centennial Lakes Office Plaza along France Avenue.

The Fulton Farmers Market is located at 4901 Chowen Ave. S, Minneapolis and takes place from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm every Saturday. The 2018 outdoor season will run from May 19th through October 27th.

The Fulton Market sprouted from the desire of Fulton residents to establish a gathering place where neighbors could meet, socialize, shop locally, and thus strengthen their community. The Fulton Neighborhood Association was instrumental in the creation of the farmers market, providing the market with its founding grant in 2011 as it joined forces with the Kingfield Farmers Market.  Today, the Fulton Market offers something for market-goers of all ages, be it a wide range of traditional & heirloom vegetables, delicious fruits, breads & pastries, weekly storytime, music, or other fun & educational programming.  We look forward to continuing to grow with the neighborhood.

Beth El Synagogue and Benilde-St Margaret’s Catholic School present the 2nd annual Common Sound Music Festival on Sunday, June 30. The festival will take place in the synagogue’s large parking lot. Headliners Doomtree will be there for their only local performance as a whole group in 2019. The festival also features: Jeremy Messersmith, The New Grey, Stereo Kitchen and Koo Koo Kangaroo.

The Stone Arch Bridge Festival is a free, art festival on Father’s Day weekend, Saturday, June 15 and  Sunday, June 16. This legacy event is in it's 25th year. It is the 3rd largest festival in Minneapolis.  It is ideally located along the beautiful Minneapolis Riverfront stretching from the foot of the Stone Arch Bridge to Hennepin Avenue. The event will feature over 200 quality visual artists.

Festival hours will be Saturday, 10 am - 7 pm and Sunday, 10 am - 5 pm.
